Tell us about the space.

A floor plan, three photos and a rough budget are enough. We reply within two working days with a scope, a fixed fee and an honest timeline — or an honest no.

FAQ

Asked most often

What should I send with the first email?

A floor plan (a photo of the developer's plan is fine), three or four photos of the space today, your construction budget range, and when you need to move in. That is enough for a useful first reply.

Do you take small projects?

Yes. Single-room work starts at S$3,800 for design only. Kitchens and bedrooms are some of our favourite briefs precisely because the constraints are tight.

Can we see the in-game preview before committing?

The preview is produced after the layout is agreed, in phase 02. During the free call we can show you a walkthrough of a previous project so you know exactly what you will get.

Do you work outside Singapore?

We do — Johor, Penang and Jakarta so far. Travel and accommodation are billed at cost, and we plan fewer, longer site visits to keep that sensible.
